When the event wraps up, we’ll handle teardown and be out of your way within an hour. -
You'll need a space that is at least 16 ft wide, 16 ft deep, and 12 ft high. The area should be relatively level to ensure a smooth playing experience and free from low-hanging branches or other obstructions.

Absolutely! As long as you have the required space indoors—16 ft wide, 20 ft deep, and with ceilings at least 12 ft high—we can set it up inside.

Yes! We offer a variety of fun options, including carnival games, a driving range, and a short-game platform. We can also organize Par 3 contests and long drive competitions.

You can have as many people participate as you like. The Uneekor simulation software allows up to 8 users for a round of golf, but we can also organize Par 3 contests or other games for larger groups.

We will arrive up to 2 hours before your event to set up and ask that you allow up to 1 hour after the event for us to pack everything up.

Whether it’s a casual round or a competitive event, you can play on a variety of courses and keep score, all from the comfort of your chosen venue. Just let us know your preferences, and we’ll help set up the perfect tournament experience!

We prioritize safety and satisfaction. For outdoor events, if severe weather conditions such as heavy rain, strong winds, or lightning are forecasted, we recommend planning an alternative indoor setup. If that’s not possible, you have the option to reschedule at no additional cost or cancel with a full refund of your deposit if done at least 24 hours before the event. Indoor events will proceed as planned, regardless of weather conditions outside.

Cancellation:
Up to 7 Days Before Event: Full refund of your deposit.
3-6 Days Before Event: 50% charge of the total booking fee.
Less Than 72 Hours Before Event: Full booking fee will be charged.
Rescheduling:
Up to 48 Hours Before Event: Reschedule at no additional cost. The new date is subject to availability.
Less Than 48 Hours Before Event: 25% rescheduling fee.
No-Show Policy:
If our team arrives and is unable to set up due to no access or if the event is canceled on the spot without prior notice, the full booking fee will be charged.

We use the Uneekor QED simulator, paired with GSPro simulator software, providing endless options for all types of events. Play thousands of world-class courses at your leisure!

We prefer to use our own power. We have a very low decibel generator that will power our entire setup for you!
